Extreme Carpet Steam Cleaning

Watch this amazing video. Imagine my horror when I turned up at this house in Great Yarmouth. This carpet was in an HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy). A former four storey hotel, it had 17 guest rooms and this was the communal lounge/kitchen. It was the basement room where entry was down a brick staircase into a filthy sub-pavement level where all the dirt gathers. People walking straight in without wiping their feet. This area was made worse by the fact that the kitchen was also part of the same room, so grease from the kitchen floor had also been trodden in. The carpet had probably never been cleaned.

Treating for Allergies and Carpet Infestations

We can identify and treat for infestations that will damage your wool carpets such as Carpet Moth and and Carpet Beetle. The treatment is also helpful if you have an allergy to Dust Mites be it Asthma or skin irritations and rashes. Pet fleas are also a problem we can help with.

Pet Flea Treatments

We can treat against fleas, whether its prevention or cure or just for peace of mind. If you are leaving a tenancy and have kept pets in the accommodation, then often, part of the tenancy agreement is that not only do you have to have the carpets cleaned, they also have to be treated against fleas to comply with letting agent and landlord contracts.We can treat for this.

Dust Mites Allergies and Asthma

Dust mites are a common cause of asthma. We can treat against dust mites and also advise, free of charge, what other measures can be taken to reduce exposure to dust mites and dust mite excrement. The enzymes in the excrement being the main cause of lung inflammation which causes the asthma attacks.

Training:

We believe in giving the right training to our carpet and upholstery cleaners. They have attended industry standard formal carpet and upholstery training courses in Kent. They can recognise different carpet types and they know which carpets are vulnerable to shrinkage or wicking through from jute/hessian backing. We also know how to avoid the risk of causing shrinkage to carpets.

Our cleaners have also been trained to recognise different stain types and can therefore identify which stain removal spotters to use.

We can remove in-ground bubble gum and chewing gum from carpets quickly and efficiently. We also treat carpeted areas where "bodily fluids" have been released. These areas will be treated for e-coli, salmonella and other viral bugs and deodorised accordingly. Callout rates available.
